As AI transforms the way contact centres operate, we’re looking for a Product Manager – Conversation Intelligence & Reporting to take our analytics and reporting experiences to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be building from the ground up, working closely with our Head of Product, and our founder/CEO to shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of evaluagent’s next generation of AI-powered analytics and conversational intelligence.

You’ll own how we derive and visualise actionable insights powered by LLMs, data flow, and advanced analytics, helping clients tap into the goldmine of every customer conversation.

About You

This is a role for someone who’s as excited by LLM performance and data flow as by the final dashboard; who loves collaborating with engineers and listening to stakeholders to translate data complexity into business clarity.
